Pay Reservation Fee
Once approved, secure your chosen kitten with a reservation fee of $500. 95% of this deposit is refundable if you decide not to move forward with the kitten's adoption process. This fee reserves your kitten and ensures you're next in line, following our first come, first serve policy.
Sales Contract Issued
Upon payment of the reservation fee, we'll issue a comprehensive sales contract. This legally binding document outlines all details, terms, and next steps, protecting both you and us. Both parties will sign and retain copies for their records.
Prepare for Arrival
While your kitten grows, we'll send you a preparation guide with everything you need. Regular photo and video updates keep you connected with your future companion.
Final Payment

Welcome Home
At 12-14 weeks, your kitten is ready! You'll receive complete health records, vaccination certificates, registration papers, and a kitten care package to help your new companion settle in.

Do you ship kittens?
Yes, we offer safe, climate-controlled pet shipping within the continental US. We also welcome in-person pickup from our location. Shipping costs are discussed in the sales contract.
What health testing do you perform?
All our breeding cats are tested for HCM (heart disease), PKD (kidney disease), and FeLV/FIV. Kittens receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Complete health records are provided.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
We understand that circumstances can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The terms of cancellation and any applicable refund will be outlined in your sales contract.
