Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment to the wellbeing of every kitten we place in a new home

Important Notice

We carefully screen all potential adopters to ensure our kittens go to loving, permanent homes. We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your decision before placing a deposit, as our policies reflect our commitment to the wellbeing of our kittens.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit secures your chosen kitten and is applied toward the total adoption fee.

The deposit is non-refundable because once you reserve a kitten, we remove them from our available listings, potentially missing other qualified adopters. The deposit also covers administrative costs, continued care, and preparation for your kitten.

In the rare event that your reserved kitten becomes unavailable due to unforeseen health issues, you may transfer your deposit to another available kitten or receive a full refund.

Return Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If for any reason you can no longer care for your kitten, we ask that you contact us first before rehoming.

Within 72 Hours of Receiving Your Kitten:

If your veterinarian discovers a pre-existing health condition during the required 72-hour health check, you may return the kitten for a full refund of the adoption fee (excluding the deposit) or receive a replacement kitten when available.

After 72 Hours:

If you need to return your kitten after the initial 72-hour period, we will accept the kitten back into our care. However, no refund will be provided. This ensures we can cover the costs of re-vaccinating, re-socializing, and finding a new suitable home.

Lifetime Return Policy:

We maintain a lifetime return policy for all our kittens. If at any point in your cat's life you can no longer care for them, please contact us. We will take them back and find them a new loving home. No questions asked.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Change of mind or lifestyle changes after receiving your kitten
  • Allergies discovered after adoption (we recommend allergy testing before adopting)
  • Incompatibility with existing pets (we offer guidance to help with introductions)
  • Behavioral issues that can be addressed with proper training and patience
  • Health conditions arising after the 72-hour period that are not covered under our health guarantee
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once travel arrangements have been made
