Health Guarantee Terms
What's Covered
- •Hereditary and congenital conditions diagnosed within 2 years of purchase
- •Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) confirmed by a board-certified veterinary cardiologist
- •Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)
- •Hip dysplasia diagnosed via X-ray by a licensed veterinarian
- •Any life-threatening genetic defect that significantly impacts quality of life
Requirements
- •Veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving your kitten
- •Kitten must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age (pet kittens only)
- •Kitten must be kept indoors and receive proper nutrition and care
- •Annual veterinary check-ups must be maintained
- •Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required for any claim
What's Not Covered
- •Conditions caused by accidents, injuries, or neglect
- •Illnesses contracted after leaving our cattery (upper respiratory infections, parasites, etc.)
- •Conditions resulting from improper diet or care
- •Declawing complications or related behavioral issues
- •Veterinary expenses, medication costs, or other treatment fees
Claim Process
- Contact us immediately upon diagnosis with documentation from your veterinarian
- Provide all relevant medical records and test results
- We may request a second opinion from a board-certified specialist
- Upon verification, we will discuss replacement options with you
- Replacement kittens are provided when available, subject to current availability
